Description

Hello, Dear readers. This is MeeNii(美你).

Thank you for your interest in my first book, “Ramen Odyssey in Tokyo”. I would also like to thank you for watching my YouTube Japanese lessons “@japanese-dosa”. This time, I’m back with my second installment, “Attractions in Japan for Travelers”. It seems that many people are traveling to Japan these days due to the low yen. It seems that the phenomenon of traveling to Japan has become commonplace, not only in Korea but also in the East and West.

I’d probably die of old age if I tried to write about the hundreds of sightseeing spots in Japan, from Okinawa in the south to Hokkaido in the north, so I’ve narrowed it down to 13 places that aren’t too hard to find from your favorite big cities. Of course, I’ve been to some of these places more than once, some four times. I couldn’t introduce you to them without experiencing them myself.

In this book, we have tried to capture the excitement and joy of visiting Japan’s most iconic spots under each theme, focusing on places that are easily accessible from Japan’s big cities, so that travelers can experience Japan’s diverse culture and make unforgettable memories. I hope that through my stories, readers can feel the beauty and charm of Japan and enjoy the feeling of traveling with me. Japan remains in my heart as a place I want to visit again and a place where I want to make new memories. I hope this book will be a small guide to your travels in Japan, and I wish you a pleasant reading experience.

And, to be clear, the order in which I’ve listed them is not a ranking; everyone’s experience will be different, and I hope that wherever you end up, you’ll say to yourself, “I’m so glad I came here!” and that you’ll use my top 13 as a guide to your own journey, even if only in your dreams.
